A Qualitative Evaluation Study about Who is Experienced Case Management Service: Gyeonggi-do Province A Case Management Service Provider

Abstract

|
|
The purpose of this quality study examines who experience case management service and provides improvement plan. we approached Gun-Moo Lee and Hyuk-Goo Lee and Sun-Gyung Jang¡¯s modified Ground theory(2015) which is transshape Strauss¿Í Corbin¡¯s Ground theory(1998). Results as follows: This study has composed by 89 concepts and 27 categories. The casual conditions are ¡¸the basis of contention¡¹, ¡¸A ray of right from the poverty condition¡¹, ¡¸the molt of isolation¡¹. The phenomenon shows ¡¸the discovery of hope¡¹, the influence of individual aspect is ¡¸the tired of formalism¡¹, ¡¸the weak of vocational ability¡¹, ¡¸the sympathy support¡¹, ¡¸the complaint order of rank¡¹, ¡¸vestige of the stigma ¡¹, ¡¸distrust of public officer¡¹, ¡¸the recovery of confidence¡¹. action-interaction strategy represents ¡¸positive thinking¡¹, ¡¸finding happiness of labour¡¹, ¡¸awareness of unity¡¹. The influence of structure aspect is ¡¸the practice of posterior measures¡¹, ¡¸the paradox of support¡¹, ¡¸social worker support¡¹, ¡¸the place of social learning¡¹, ¡¸the lack of positive publicity¡¹, ¡¸absolute the lack of job¡¹, ¡¸in favour of support structure¡¹, ¡¸the lack of connectivity¡¹. The conclusion is ¡¸the creation of new social family¡¹, ¡¸social favour¡¹, ¡¸law added value¡¹, ¡¸the lack of future-oriented¡¹, ¡¸the lack of thisness¡¹. in addition, this study suggests the strategy for causal condition and the influence of individual/structure aspect. Finally, this study suggests improve plan which is based on subjective service user¡¯s experience.
